I love these romantic bolero's from Bonzie. They are an independent Irish fashion label and a family run business (Aunt & Niece which I think is really special). Very nice. I made something similar (with lots of tulle ruffles) for a bride last year. I started making some samples a while ago and I feel inspired to get on with them again now :)
